Help installing wrye bash

So basically it's just how it sounds. i have never used wrye bash before, so i have no idea what im doing. i followed the instructions as best i could, and it told me to create a Bug Dump or whatever it's called. so i did and i got one error, the problem is that i dont know how to fix it, and since i cant fix, i cant finish the installation. this is what it looks like.

You need to download WryePython03a and WryeBash 277 (or better). Install the WryePython03a file first, then install WryeBash (again). The version of python that you currently have is too old for the version of Wrye Bash that you have.
