Animation problem

Okay, the main problem is enemy animation. When people move, they don't move their legs, they just hover to places. They also don't reload or swing melee weapons. And, when someone talks to me,(not in conversation, like someone complaining about me shooting a gun) their heads spin arond like hands on a clock. And when they sit down, they stand stick-straight diagonally, and float (literally) into the chair. I have tried re-installing. Help? :wacko:
