nick12391
Let me start off by saying flat out, I'm a noob, please help me. I've downloaded a few mods and I can't seem to get any of them to work properly. The game recognizes that they're there, but the animations are always f***ed up. I think it has to do with the meshes and textures. What are you supposed to do with those after you copy the esp. file directly to the data folder? And what do you do if it doesn't have one? Even COBL didn't work.I've been trying to solve this myself for days, but I need help. I have Vista, Playing GOTY Edition. I have OBMM and OBSE. mooncarver
there is a nice guide on how to do all those things: http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/index basically you have to copy texture and meshes files from the mod archives to their corresponding folders in "data". don't forget to carefully read the instructions for each mod, because sometimes you'll need to pick certain files based on what you've already installed and/or use additional patches or tweaks to make certain mods compatible with each other. if you still have problems, please be more specific. what mods are you trying to install? are you using boss to automatically reorder your plugins? are you using obmm's bsa redirection method (obmm: utilities -> archive invalidation -> bsa redirection)?
