For some reason I read this as request to get Starfang into the various post-DA:O modules, which doesn't appear to be a problem. (My Warden-imported-from-DA:A into GoA also had Starfang equipped on arrival.) But into the Toolset (for additional modding, I presume) is another story altogether...
