[Help] Add a new armor in game wth toolset

I want to add this armor and sword in game, but on my portable pc the toolset doesn't work, so can sameone give me an hand and add it for me?

Models and texture are complete, I will send the files by email, please.

This post is NOT a technical bump. The original poster has added additonal information to the thread. And it was done in a timeframe that exceeds the 48 hour limit given for bumps. Nor has the poster made posts in this thread in excess of 3 times, over a weekly period, nor refused to let the thread die after a week.

Sancez- IF this content is taken from another game, its ok to request it for personal use only. If it's from another game, and you plan to release it as a mod... you would need to be able to show proof of permission to distribute, if it gets reported to us.

I just want to go ahead and make both of those notes clear, just to avoid any kind of situations that might come up ;)

 

I wish that I could help you out with this mod, but I dunno anything about how to get the game to see the new items when new meshes and textures are involved :(

This armor and sword are from an Oblivion's mod, that I want to use in Dragon Age for myself, not to do a release with my name (I'm not interested). The original author is unreachable. But I repeat, I'm want to use it for myself, so I'm looking for someone to give me a hand, as the toolset it seems impossible to install.
