Kragenirs Death Quest would be good start. adds almost 100 quests throughout cyrodiil, making useless npc's relevant. many quests will revolve around finding certain items, hidden in caves and forts. there is always a more or less elaborate story to give you an incentive and rewards for exploring those.http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=26219 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
