Star Wars - Twi'lek and Togruta npc / race

Hello all, i have seen recently some screen here on nexus, but even after all the search

i was unable to find who had done that nice Twi'lek race.

 

So i did come here asking if anyone know about the mod, or if anyone has something like

that in progress that could be released to star wars fan like me who enjoy

Twi'lek girls or Togruta's one ?
