Q regarding default eye colour w/ in-game CC.

Is there any specific reason as to why all of the eye colours, no matter where I adjust the slider to, are black? Everyone's eye colour in my game is black, regardless of NPC, PC, etc. I've seen many mods that "alter" eye colours and make them brighter, add special effects, etc. but even for those, the eyes already have visible colour. Mine do not. I thought maybe it could be the resolution of my computer, but my laptop is at its highest resolution. I even changed the frame refresh rate to the highest it could go, but still nothing. Maybe I am missing the glaringly obvious, which is quite possible.

 

Just, can anyone help me? I feel utterly stupid, Lol.

Have you tried changing the in-game video settings? I have seen some cases where dialing it back or up a notch takes care of it.

Crazy, I was about to start a topic on the same problem. I'll try the above answer, that would make sense considering I've downloaded enough new eye colors

I had this problem, nothing I did made any difference a lot of people said it was my graphics card that wasn't man enough for the job, and when resources are at a premium it is always the eye colour that goes first. I also noticed from people's uploaded screen shots that a lot of their armour and clothes looked shiny and had more colour than mine, so I upgraded my PC and I now have coloured eyes and shiny clothes etc.

Yeah, it was the lighting, or brightness, whatever, I turned it up and it did the trick for the most part. (^_^)
