Blindingly bright day sky, vividian enb + rcrn

Hi guys, I have been having this issue where the sky is just blindingly bright. I don't know what I did in the past but it resolved it albeit I had a bit of other oddities going around so maybe I didn't really fix it, but I had to reinstall both, and now I'm back with this issue in the image below:

However, things are different when I decide to look up, directly at the sky:

So I'm not really sure what to do at this point. I imagine whatever intensity settings are different for when I look up than when I look straight into the horizon, but I've tried fiddling with the enbseries file to no avail(perhaps they weren't saved, I was editing them ingame).

I should also mention that I opted for the cinematic glare for light sources with vividian enb.

greetings. Your vividian looks odd. Much too dark and too much crontrast. Seems there is stuff that badly affects your imagespaces. Can you post a list of your actuall loaded plugins into pastebin ?

also moove the vividian rcrn patch way down the load order just to make sure nothing much overwrites it.

Please recheck your rcrn configuration also if its setup like shown on the vividian description page.

if that doesnt work disable the d3d9_rcrn.dll in the enblocal.ini and try without it.

Sometimes skyrim also simply forgets to render any cloud layer wich results in a high overbloom of the sky (bug that never been fixed). in that case open the console and type in sw 81a.

Ok Mangaclub, I did all of that unfortunately to no avail. Instead, I've decided to reinstall Climates of Tamriel + supreme storms + expanded snow systems + weather patch. My skies are still a little bright but not as much as before(also, I found out that snow was now showing up in the picture, and it was supposed to, and it did it when I disabled both, and now it does with my new setup again). Here are my pictures, I've taken multiple shots, it seems the clouds are really reflecting a lot of light and they are the culprit:

(I am terribly sorry to any potential reader in advance if you are having similar issues and did not expect me to switch my setup instead)

Nevermind, I found out what was going on, I needed to enable bUseDeferredShadows in the skyrimprefs.ini file(for MO Users, this is in the profile folder inside the Mod Organizer folder).

In any case, I downloaded your extended weathers addon for your enb. So let me get this straight, I can use Climates of Tamriel and Pure Weathers, and I don't need Supreme and volumetric fog, or it's morning fog addon, or the Weather patch anymore???

Second question, I assume that when we install vividian enb that if we're going to run Pure Weathers AND Climates of Tamriel at the same time, I need to enable the "YES! I use Pure Weathers" option in the second page in the install window.

yes. As soon you install out COT weather patch you wont need the one from prod 80 cus it gets completley overwritten. The extended groundfogs are similar to the surpreme and volumetric fogs and the diverse weathers makes COT compatible with PW. And yes you need to enable the YES! I use Pure Weathers there. Just make sure you get rid of all rcrn stuff first ;)

How would RCRN fare in the combination with Climates of Tamriel? Can I still use Realistic nights? My only concern is compatibility, and I think Supreme storms and Expanded Snow Systems are not compatible with RCRN...

I ask for realistic nights, because we need to use the legacy setting for your mod.

RCRN and COT can be made compatible with the diverse weathers too. Just Pure weather and RCRN are not compatible with each other.

Thanks for having helped thus far Mangaclub! One last question, I think you noticed the amount of lighting in my pictures within the google drive link. While I did fix the issue, everything does look less shiny, that hdr-esque effect is kind of gone. How do I return that back without having to resort to a white sky?(bright clouds)
