a mod that lets you hit people with your gun and does a different amount damage and is is faster or slower depending on its weight. it it works for all guns even modded ones if possible.

You can do it for pistols fairly easily, but you do need a unique weapon for each pistol (uses the same model, but a new weapon form that is swapped out via hotkey). However there's no decent animation for a rifle butt smash (that I'v been able to find). So unless you want to be swinging a rifle like a rank amateur who thinks he's babe ruth, I don't see any reasonable way to work it out.
