I've worked on a personal one that fills up Fort Chalman with Legion soldiers and works as a training post.It was okay, but I deleted it after a little while. As for underground town the current mod I'm working on uses an abandoned fort as an underground society for my custom race.It's actually not that hard to create on your own, but they usually never come out like the owns created with custom pieces and whatnot.
