Jacobs town would be a fantastic idea, but in my opinion it should be done very professionaly, aimed merely at providing more area to explore, i wouldn't want to see it distract from the whole scene by it having it's own niche aspect.

Are you considering making a pack of these mods? I am a bit OCD when it comes to downloading, and i like to know exactly what files i have, so i am more inclined to download a pack. Ofcourse i wasn't suggesting it should/would be immediate.

With regards to suggestions, there are plenty of buildings hanging empty in Freeside? I'm not sure what the info is on how much filling those out could cause some performance trouble, but it might be a good idea to add some density to that region. If your focus was on the more secluded locations then never mind.

About Freeside:

I use RefId 12E2B7 as main quest location for my upcoming slavery mod for NV. I already sent chucksteel a pm to avoid conflicts. Please spare this location.

I would prefer the method I used in FO3 to add doors to walls. But the collision meshes in NV are pretty big so it isn't possible (I tried) so I had to use a door.

Were you the one that did DCInteriors on Fallout3? Or is this inspired by it? I *LOVED* that mod for Fallout 3. It was definitely one of my favorites.

As far as where you should begin... Wherever there's a boarded up door, feel free to let me kick it in man... :)

if you have the time i wouldn't mind seeing an interior mod done on the airport in the southeast corner of the map. its just south of the irradiated village where you have to kill the ncr gauls for ten dog tags. the reason why i say this is the airport was a real big let down. there is a full building and a tower there and yet you can't get in to them. there is nothing there other then about 600 in caps divided between two creates. i was so disappointed when i had found it, then my game crashed for what ever reason, and i was never bothered to go back.

This. I felt exactly the same: "oh cool, a whole airport! <walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk> OH WHAT?!"

Also I think there's a lot of scope for those Nellis area. Those people have been there a long time, living in seclusion, yet there's nothing like a cemetary (maybe they bury people in the veggie patch?). Those buildings near the garden could also have some pumps, generators and stuff.

Update: Apparently the CTDs people are experiencing with my mods may be a result of conflict with the popular d3d fixes that have been floating about since the game's release. I understand many people practically require this fix in order to play their game, but it apparently can result in video card problems and should be used with caution.

One can only hope the developers of this train wreck release a patch soon enough.
