New Vegas weapons for Fallout 3

Not sure if this should go here or in Fallout 3. Could someone possibly create just an esm/esp for Fallout 3 that adds in the New Vegas weapons, puts them on leveled lists, adds ammo, etc? The user could then manually extract the graphic, animation, and sound files from the New Vegas bsa's into the Fallout 3 Data folder.
