I have tried the console pcb, 2 automated ones from nexus, and now I am using a hotkey mod which seems to be working ok. It seems like after 15 minutes of playing the game starts to slow down and get that "sluggish" feeling. Execute pcb and all feels good. I have all of the aniti this and fix that mods with everything working just fine. I haven't had a single crash yet. My pc is more than enough to handle this with ultra settings auto set and all of the hd texture mods I get well over 100fps. Everything but this dam slow down runs great. I just don't get it. I have skyrim modded with maybe a couple less mods but more intense texture mods and there are no issues with it. I used LOOT for the load order and so far it seems to work fine as I have never had an issue yet. I just started a new fresh game with a fresh install (first time playing) and every mod were installed at the same time except like 3 (pcb purge, and 2 of the realistic damages mod) which were added later. Maybe someone knows why or a way to improve it. Also I noticed it seemed to happen mostly once I reached Novac following the main quest line. Here is a link to my load order.
