Rekoyll
Heyaa,I was just wondering if there are any mods out there to prevent my companions from flipping out on me whenever I accidentally club them in the head during tight combat situations? I remember seeing one before, it was called like, Friendship Bracelets or something...but I can't seem to find it anywhere!(at least I think that mod was the answer to my prayers..I don't really remember..) Anyway,Reply here or PM me if you can help me!:) Thanks a million!
Falcata
Have you tried yielding? To do that, I think you start blocking, and then press space bar like you were going to speak to the person. Of course, it doesn't help things when you accidentally kill an ally...
Hjorlwulf
I'd kinda like something like this as well - in the heat of combat, especially with more than one companion, things can get a tad weird - people running in front of you JUST as you start a swing or release that arrow. And of course there is no time to do the "Yield" thing - too many foes still to kill!
Rekoyll
Yielding is great and I use it when I have to, but it'd be awesome if you could just bypass the need to do so all together. Besides, it's difficult for me to yield to people because of how I always kill them in one hit... : /
documn
Heh. Were you talking about BFF4L? http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34173This is another mod that might help: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35131 Now none of these are perfect, but they might help keep you from accidentally hurting your companions. roquefort
Don't overlook the Ring of Companionship mod. The rings stop companions attacking each other as well as the PC... http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18461

VollenMakermixer
Actually you dont need a mod at all. Just open the console, click on them and type "sifh 1" (without quotation marks) this will set it so that they dont attack you immediately, though they will attck you eventually if you keep hitting them. Also, if they do start attacking you and wont accept your surrender open your console, select the person and type "stopcombat". This will stop the selected NPC from attacking anything immediately, though they may start attacking again afterwards if they have a high aggression, another NPC is attacking them or if you have a bounty on your head. hope this helps :) Edited February 23, 2011 by VollenMakermixer
