jotaro341
I play Fallout 3 on Windows 7, and it keeps crashing every 5- 10 minutes, I was told that I might have the Live option enabled which may cause this. He/She told me to find a file with the letter Q on it that will help me deal with the crashing. please help :)
NotAmerican
I was told that I might have the Live option enabled which may cause this. Aah, Windows 7. Personally, I hate the thing. Good ol' XP  http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1086 Try this, its a nifty tool that basically disables G4WL for you. One of the essentials for Fallout on your PC. Hope this helps you!

baschulz1
I have not had any issues with Wind 7 and fallout 3...If you believe Games for Windows LIVE is the culprit, simply move your saved games from you documents/my games/Fallout3/Saves/YOUR LIVE NAME folder back one step to documents/my games/Fallout3/Saves folder. This way the exe. will boot your last saved game outside of windows LIVE...actually windows LIVE wont even boot Play...and if your still crashing...Win LIVE is not the problem ; )
