I337iB3
I've discovered the BOS base and did the quest to help the elder, along with hardin to get his seat. Their stuck in a loop where both of them tell me to wait some time because their both preparing to go to court or something.... I slept for a week and lost about all my food and water with no change. Can someone please shed light on this for me.
Twiggalot
I actually forgot about BOS for a while when they we're preparing for court.I leveled up quite a lot and then went back after a good few IRL hours, and they we're done. So go do some other questing and return every now and then.
3DMarine
go do some quests or f*** around in the wasteland for an hour or two (IRL) and go back they should be done by then if not, they are glitched in which case just resart the game and load your last save (this happened to me so your not the only one if it does) after that... well thats up to you so ENJOY!! ClydeBaneheart
There's actually a bug here too that I stumbled into. If you talk to Hardin after completing Still In The Dark with McNemara, the quest bugs and they never talk to you again. You get XP for finishing the quest twice, but... I'm wondering if there is a way to reset it so that I can get the training and possibly convince the brotherhood to help me out at hoover dam. Lannik
you can also use ~ code setpccanusepowerarmor 1 (or zero to untrain) **Spoiler**..........NCR and BoS are hostile jut try wearing power armor anywhere near vegas and you'll have to mow everyone down
Gishank
You should note that there is NCR power armour too, you see them wearing it at Hoover Dam.
Felspawn
you can also use ~ code setpccanusepowerarmor 1 (or zero to untrain) **Spoiler**..........NCR and BoS are hostile jut try wearing power armor anywhere near vegas and you'll have to mow everyone down They only get mad if your wear the Brotherhood specific armor (ie the one thats called Brotherhood T-51b vs just plain T-51b or the T45 armor that they give you when they make you a paladin. Its just like when you put on NCR gear or any other faction specfic gear so unfortuantly the T-51 armor you find in the wastes off dead guys will get you in trouble. However you can buy a set of just normal T-51 (its green vs the white of the BoS variety) and its great. gives you 31 DT :) ooooor if you dont want to buy it or just want something more badass you can just take that power armor training, head to the south east corner of the map... across the river and get the enclave remnant armor that's there (not to mention some non-faction T51-b. Just be aware that there are a TON of deathclaws there, (kind of like the sanctuary in FO3) i recommend a steathboy,
Lannik
Deathclaws have nothing on Debugpistol :)
ElaborateGore
There are two ways to get power armor training.1)BoS quests. After Still In The Dark..(Not including your apparent bugging of it) you can say "I want to join the brotherhood". You get some ultra easy quest, you go back, and presto...you're trained.2)Arcade Gannon, the follower. If you do his quest For Auld Lang Syne...you go through this whole schebang with the remanants of the Enclave. They end up helping you in the end..plus you get a set of their power armor and training.(Funny HaHa though. The Enclave Helmet gives you -1 Charisma. But the T51B helmet gives you +1 Charisma. Heh) Personally...I can wear power armor but dont. Boone is in a set of T51B (Non-Brotherhood). I am in my NCR Ranger Combat Armor with a nice DT of 20 base. I prefer it. For those stat monkeys...T-45D Power Armor:: 22 DT/DR, 45 Weight, 1,000 Health (of armor), +2 Str, -2 Agl, Rad Res +10. T-51B Power Armor:: 25 DT/DR, 40 Weight, 2,000 Health (of armor), +1 Str, Rad Res +25 Remnants (Enclave) Power Armor:: 28 DT/DR, 45 Weight, 400 Health (of armor), +1 Str, Rad Res +15 Those are the stats from the strat guide so double check. In the end it seems like the T-51B is the best even though that makes me scratch my head...I thought Enclave was supposed to be the best.
