I saw a couple of videos on youtube with heavy downpour (no source or way to contact video maker) but I seem to have only the odd drop here and there. I currently use Climates of Tamriel which introduced 3D rain. So I am not really looking for 2D rain overlays. Does anyone know a good mod for this?
