Looking for Several Mods...

I"m looking for a mod that makes the time in Oblivion realtime.

Basically, one real life minute = one Oblivion minute.

 

Also looking for a mod that disables fast travel.

 

I know there's some way of doing these mods in the console somehow, but I'd rather have a mod.

I suggest you to download COBL as it's necessary for some plugins for work.

After installing it, you have to find cobl Options item in your inventory and then you can change speed scale.

 

Fast travel disabling mod is included in MOE (Modular Oblivion Enchanced)
