falloutperson416
Hey, I had a few questions regaurding New Vegas and the GECK. When I try to install the FNV Geck, it says that libvorbisfile.dll is missing. What do I do about this? Second, (This is the thing that I really want to have solved) When I purchased New Vegas at local Gamestop at the midnight release party, I bought the Games For Windows Live PC Version. As I installed, it used Steam instead of games for windows live. How do I get the game to use games for windows live? - Falloutperson416
revelationjp
I can see whereyou'd be confused. there is no Games for Windows Live version. what you're seeing is the Games for Windows logo, which is now prominantly displayed on all windows based games. All the pc versions included steam, and require it's use to play the game. I haven't tried the geck yet, as I try to play the vanilla version all the way through before changeing anything, but i'm sure someone on here is already using it. falloutperson416
Really? Wow... Well. That kind of sucks. I have a lot of friends on Windows Live. I have already beaten the game. (I went with NCR baby! WOOOOT! Rangers are awsome!) So, I feel that its time to go changing things.I give the game a 9 on a scale of 1 - 10, 10 bieng the best. There were some things that I though could've been handled much better, and some things were mastered. Anyway, if anybody else out there know's about the GECK and could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
