FO3 to F NV porting guide please

would someone please write a guide on how to port face/hair/body mods? how to port clothing would be nice too. I would like to help out on the MODing community by helping port mods from Fallout 3 to Fallout New Vegas.

If you can write a highly detailed guide I know I can learn to do this and help out. I'm already using the BERRY mod (type 3 body). Just need to focus on hair and faces.

 

This is my first time modding this game as I played Fallout3 on the PS3 (wish I played the PC version like I have with the whole series)

 

if someone can point me out to a guide on how to create actual textures cause some body mods show a neck line.
