Fallout realism FNV Wanderers Edition?

Please somebody make mod that slows down reloading animations or tell me how to do it. I tried in FNVedit to but biger numbers to reload time but it is not working and in GECK this option is uneditable.

(animations of reloading are to fast, player character and npc reloading guns better than PRO marksman)

please help.

 

It would be great that WE would be made for NV but maybe now we will start to make realism mods so mod like WE would be possible for NV.

I found few mods that changes realism in game and put sense to some things, for example all monsters are present instead of player level. In vanilla game new monsters are added to game spawn points when player lvl up lol its stupid and unrealistic, it helps casual players not to be eaten and not cry to their mama. This mod fix this and adds other things making game realistic:

-Black Company's Harder Core

other that I found making more realistic survival experience:

-AddEmptyBottle

-Crippled Legs Less Movement (maybe values are to small but idea is good)

-Less Weapon Degradation

-noautoaim

-Better Binoculars (Makes binocular more usable. Instead of little zoom now it has decent zoom)

-Killable Kids

-Realistic death (removes ragdoll forces when characters is killed)

 

Im just started moding adventure in fallout NV. Previously I just searched good for me mods and downloaded them.

HV is young game so not much mods are on nexus page so I decided to make my own.

Im working on few things:

 

-No eye zoom for weapons ( I hate this eye zooming uberunrealistic crap)

-Dark nights (Very Very dark not just little darker than vanila :) now pip boy light comes in handy. I wonder if npcs are

affected by ambient light, any clue? I mean their sight ect. I got problem, dust whirls are visible any idea how to make ambient light affect them?)

-No sneak critical damage for bullets (it was VERY weird when in combat all npcs takes normal damage amount from bullets but when sneaked on they was killed instantly by 1 bullet I discovered that multiplier was about 100 o_O )

-Deadly headshots (In combat bullet damage to head was x2 so instant kill is almost imposible, only when sneak mode 1 bullet kills but in combat about 7 bullets is needed to kill :\ Im talking about npcs in early game)

-Hardcore mode, more hardcore and realistic (I will make thirst gain faster and hunger. Faster tiredness. Food wil give slightly more hunger reduction. Water will reduce more thirst. I set timescale to 6 for that changes.

-Slower leveling, little more weapon damage but this is already in "Black Company's Harder Core"

-Weight to all items, misc. items and drugs.

 

I edited doc mitchell house that all items belongs to him instead to nobody. That was weird when I could take everything from his house.

Also Edited occupied house by Easy Pete to have owner.

 

I want to put bed mattress to school for player but I dont know how to ad objects to buildings/world :/ help?

Any idea how to make dust whirls ect not visible in night (very dark night) Ambient light not darkens them dunno why.
