Steady Aim Mod (Remove Scope Bobbling)

I'm wondering if it's possible if anybody could possibly make a mod that removes Scope bobble aiming?

 

Another Alternative would be to add a "hold steady" key like in Modern Warfare while scoped

I honestly can't count how many times I've missed an epic headshot because my scope is just going all over the place and I can't do anything to make it still other than attempt to predict it's movements...
