BinaryMessiah
First off does the Type 3 mods re-skin NPCs or just your character? I can see the changes on my character, but not NPCs such as Sunny Smiles. Her clothes and body type is still the same, but mine's changed. I move all the files in the zipped files in the data folder, and all my .ini files say this bInvalidateOlderFiles=1. Am I doing everything correct? You actually have to edit the FalloutPrefs.ini too if you didn't. Find the archive section and make the last line look like this: SArchiveList=ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Textures2.bsa, Fallout - Meshes.bsa, Fallout - Voices1.bsa, Fallout - Sound.bsa, Fallout - Misc.bsa Also, the other npcs will look like your body type when they're naked. Right now there wont be much in regards to type3 armor replacers. When you or other chars are wearing armor the body type reverts to the natural mesh type. To prove it, kill her and take her clothes off. Then she'll have your body type. :D

What happened? I edited the Fallout.ini FalloutPrefs.ini and Fallout_Default.ini. I removed ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!.bsa from all three inis and it fixed the problem. I also tried taking off the clothes of a female raider and the body type changed like you said. I hope they get a NVMM out soon to fix this issue! The manual version. And I never messed with the default.ini http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=944 I have another issue where I used the CALI or BERRY packs to change the faces to the prettier ones right? It's not changing anything on NPCs either. I did the archive manual installation, and I just can't get any female NPC characters to change their body types or even their face, just on my character.
