itsonlydanny Posted October 22, 2010 Share Posted October 22, 2010 Hi, I'm using the latest official patch with all the DLC (and a heap of mods, including FWE). Anyway, I appear to have reached an impasse with this very interesting sounding Mod. I've been to the Robo Factories and ungraded my PipBoy, got the Cipher Pictogram - as instructed - yet it still will not let me into the Mantis Labs.
