H3llbAne
So I decided to play Skyrim again and did a fresh install. I'm noticing screen stutter on the bottom left-hand side of my screen when looking up and down in first-person view.(very noticeable wielding a weapon or spell in that hand) I've made sure I have my nvidia card running for the game, with v-sync forced on, and have tried all graphics settings; all have the same problem. I have also tried running in borderless window, using fps limiter, and killing the number of programs running in the background, and disabling the mouse acceleration.(Does this with and without the limiter) I'm out of ideas so if anyone knows how to fix this issue please let me know. I'm running on a msi gt60 laptop with windows 8.1 64-bit, i7-4700mq cpu @ 2.40 GHz, 8gb of ram, and a nvidia geforce gtx 770m graphics card with 3gb of vram.
