Old Fallout 3 Face Pre-sets

From how it looks, the Fallout: New Vegas character pre-sets seem to be almost identical to the ones from Fallout 3. My characters in Fallout 3 all were built from the same pre-set (Asian #9), but it seems as if the New Vegas version of this same face has been altered to a point that it looks nothing like the face that I had before. To show what I mean, here are two screenshots showing this difference:

So, is there any way that someone could make a mod where i'd be able to get that exact Fallout 3 pre-set (Asian #9) to work in Fallout New Vegas? Or, if it is in fact in the same and I just missed it, can someone tell me which pre-set face in New Vegas looks like that specific one from Fallout 3?

 

Or, eventually, someone can just make new faces that are not as god-awful as these New Vegas ones.
