All files at this website are hosted by http://www.fileplanet.com, which is a pay-for service. I'm pretty darned sure none of the subscription money for fileplanet makes its way into modders' bank accounts, so does anyone know where to find Galsiah's Character Development downloadable for FREE???

They sure love making the free option hard to find, but it's definitely there. :) Also, GCD rules. Won't play without it anymore. Character progression is just a whole lot more natural, you no longer need to worry about artificially raising skills to get the +5 attribute multipliers when you level up, or any crazy stuff like that. Everything just goes up gradually. The fact that it removes the limit of 100 for both attributes and skills is nice too, especially for mages.
