Depth of Field and Motion Blur Mod

there was a Depth of Field/Motion Blur Mod, but the author removed it.

 

Could anyone create a similiar mod which is not an overkill like Enbseries?

I too would really really love to get one of these. The ones in Fallout three usually had about 4 different versions to choose from from light to heavy.

I tried loading this DoF mod into FNV, but it seems the mod did more than tweaking of camera settings.

A new mod like this would be awesome.
