<Request> scars on/off in saved games

I would like a mod that allows us to remove scars from existing character.

Problem is: I created my character in the bugged patch .. where you couldn't see the scars and I was under the impression that my char has no scars (unaware of this bug)
After the update though the scars became visible and I don't want them

I am sure this didn't happen cause i was using lower mesh quality and I do not wish to lower the mesh quality from now on just to get rid of the scars.
