Please help me with Mismatch skin body&face

I'm having a problem that make npc in my game have mismatch skin body&face

i'm tying to reactive everything for hour now but i'm not seem to solve it

 

what i think may cause this : New vegas redesigh 3 , Breeze body , Beware of girl Type 3 , FCO

And this is my mod list ( game working well )

If you're using mod manager try disabling archive invalidated, rebooting your mod manager and enable and enabling it again. That should work
