Well no. The default game puts important data files there.

 

However if youir talking about the meshes and textures you added and not any .esp files and the like

you can safely delete the meshes and the textures directory trees.

 

That will set things back to the 'way it was'.

 

then go to your game launcher and go to datafiles and unselect any .esp files you may have added or just delete them from the

data folder.

 

OOh, if you used some UI mods they go in a subfolder called Menus you can zap that too.

 

And if you put music mod in a subfolder music could be zapped.

 

Also, Sounds folder, if you added or tweaked sounds that could be zapped.
