NV doesnt feel smooth

Hi!

 

First of all, english is not my native language, so please be gentle :)

 

I have the problem that NV doenst feel smooth, although I have constantly 60 fps.

 

I downloaded the new d3d9.dll, and it worked for the performance issues.

 

But now the game "stutters".

For explanation: I run forward, the character runs smoothly for 1 second, then the other second it feels like the game is running through jelly.

The game is not lagging at all, but it feels really awful.

 

My specification:

Quadcore Q 6600 @ 3.2 Gigs

4 GB-Ram DDR2

Geforce GTX 260

Windows 7 64 Bit

 

Any ideas?

Have you install the new NVIDIA drivers, I use to have bad framerate and "stutters" probleme before drivers version 260.89?

If you have them could you post the [Display] setting in your Fallout.ini or FalloutPrefs.ini (C:\Users\"USER"\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV), I will compare them with my setting.

 

My computer is not has good has your and I run the game at High (Ultra on some setting), with no "stutters" problem.
