Modding perks, could use some advice/help

This is my first real project with the construction kit/geck and could use some help.

 

The perk system in fallout NV is imo extremely bloated to the point that I am consolidating perks and making others obtainable via challenges. At the moment I have taken a few perks such as finesse, bloody mess (damage bonus removed), cannibal and made them into traits. So far the following list are perks that I have made obtainable via new challenges since some perks were nearly or completely useless, and others too good to pass up but had really high requirements that you had to steer away from your primary play style to pick it up.

==computer whiz

==nerd rage

==chemist

==chem resistant

==ghastly scavenger

==friend of the night==night person==combine

==hunter

==entomologist

==robotics expert

==fortune finder==scrounge==combined

r==Jury Rigging

==vigilant recycler==hand loader==combined

==Long Haul==

 

There are still over 60 perks clogging up the list full of redundancies and marginal usefulness. However I am hesitant to fool around with them since I have no clue which ones are used in dialogues or otherwise. I am about to head into work, but was wondering if anyone could either let me know what perks are for sure used in dialogues or at least an easier way to find out other than manually searching.

 

Also if anyone has any suggestion on changes to perks or how to obtain them I am open to suggestions.

 

TL;DR Version

I am changing perks and don't want to touch ones that effect dialogue so am looking for the fastest way to find them.
