Darbleangry Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 I got into the FO3 mod scene about a few months ago and wanted to wait to create mods for FONV instead of FO3. What files/tools do I need to download in order to create armor/clothes? Are there any tutorials on how to do so? All other tips and help available would be greatly appreciated.
Tyz51 Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 The engine is pretty much the same, and the GECK is pretty much the same, just follow Fallout3's tutorials, that's why there are already so many mods out for NV.
