While playing (even in high graphics situations) the game runs smooth, but every minute or so it will lock up for anywhere from 5-30 seconds, then stutter a a few times and go back to being smooth. i could be standing still and this will happen so that rules out LOD from moving around. I also am running the game with the game sent to HIGH in priority in the task manager (due to the bug that delays sound or does not play at all) I have had many small issues, but this one is the only one that obstructs gameplay by any real amount.
