SilverNirvash Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 hmm is there something i need to do thats special to get mods to work with NV? im used to just selecting the mods in the data files window in the launcher then just pressing GO. but for some stupid reason it loads up then shuts down like when youre missing a required mod to make another mod to work? like how some mods required COBL in oblivion and the game wouldn't work with out COBL installed. The mods i have installed areAsuka HUDAsuka PipboyBGAsuka StatsBarrettM82 Companion Sandbox modeCrashed 707 Player HomeFallout 3 walking and running animationFOOD New VegasGecko CompanionGhost Body Suit for Type3Ghost ArmorBEWARE OF GIRL Type 3 HiRez HiDetailed ReplacerLady OutfitColt M4A1M14HomeSweetHomePerk Every LevelSilencedUltraSMGType3 Armor and clothing replacerUnlimited CompanionsBobbleHeads NVBetter VeronicaBetter BooneMikoto Eyes ExpansionCompanionDe-EquipWasteland Explorer QuestWeapon_and_Armor_Repair_-_ImprovedWolfs_Goodspring_hole Now to my knowledge none of these mods require any other mods other than the Better Veronica and Better Boone requiring mikoto eye expansion which i have clealry. so if anyone can help me figure out whats wrong please help me ;-;
WastelandAssassin Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 is this list in the order of the mods in your data files??because if so, i think the problem is that you need mikoto eye expansion to load before better Boone and better Veronicasee if you can change the order or something, and see if that solved the problem

WastelandAssassin Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 well, as far as i know, the load order is alphabeticallyso just change the names of the better boone and veronica mods, to load after mikoto eyesDO NOT CHANGE THE NAME OF THE MIKOTO EYE EXPANSION, as the mods that depend on it won't be able to find it i'm not 100% sure this will work, but that is my best advice untill we'll have a mod manager

WastelandAssassin Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 i don't know what to tell youi mean, people have said that some ways work, but they didn't really work for others, so i don't know if you want to try something that was said, then okbasically, they said to move all the plugins to your Fallout 3 folder (if you have it) and then run FOMM, which should set all the dates, which does change the ordercombine this with the name change, and maybe it will work
