Floating Silencer?

Anyone have any idea what causes this problem? Without the scope the silencer fits on and acts perfectly fine and normal. When i add it to a model with a scope though it looks like this in first and third person views. If anyone could shed some insight so i can learn from this i would really appreciate it.
