The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly

Since Fallout:NV has a western vibe to it, I think it'd be awesome if someone could make a Clint Eastwood set like in "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly" or "For a Few Dollars More."

The hats in the game just don't seem to fit the style, and there are no ponchos like the one Eastwood is known to wear in his westerns.

I'm also wondering if it's possible to port horses from Oblivion into New Vegas, as that would be a HUGE addition to the western edge the game has.

I know you can't use the oblivion horse models, but Slof may let someone use her horse mods as a resource.

 

Anyway, just a few ideas to toss around!

I agree with you entirely.

 

I uploaded a mod which adds an attempt at Clint's revolver from The Good, The Bad and The Ugly (at http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36350 for shameless self promotion) and I wish somebody would make the poncho to go with it.

 

The "Lone Wanderer" armor has a nice attempt for the poncho with it, but the poncho itself looks too small, and the clothing underneath it looks bulky and unpleasant. The Man With No Name's actual clothing would be a blessing to this game.

Hmm Interesting a Ghoul horse would be pretty cool, although to much skin freaks me, I'm still getting nightmares from the ghoul strippers in Gomorrah. I have no clue how you would approach it.

1.) The horse waits for you exactly where you get off it.

2.) you get an inventory aid Item like the NCR radio so you could call the horse to your location, Horse whistle anyone.

3.) Every time you leave any building the horse is waiting for you and fallows you if your not riding it.

I also like most people would like to see saddle bags that you can use to have the horse carry your crap. Maybe there's someone who can sell you horses and they have saddle bags as a "mod" for the horse.
