Fallout New Vegas Launcher can't detect esm, esp (etc) files?

So,i downloaded this mod, threw it's esp file in the data folder, opened the launcher, clicked on data files,and nothing, it's not there, so i can't install any mods.

Anyone knows how to fix this? And,is there any "Fallout New Vegas Mod Manager" programs out yet?

To me it works perfectly . You need just to tick boxes,,; to me it crashes if i click on (slova)

There is no mod manager yet...and I am also having your same problem...did you move or change the folder from steam?
