So i find the note about the contract in the offices of the van graf's after a tense firefight. Headed to crimson caravan to talk to or at least snoop around in their offices. No sooner then i arrive my ncr faction rep dissapears off the pipboy. I saved before entering so i re-load my game and still same bug. Reboot NV same issue. Kill the boss lady of the crimson caravan instant hatred from ncr but they do appear in the pipboy but since i'm not in the game of making them my enemies i reload loot the CC safe for any info get a contract slight karma loss still no ncr on the pipboy.
