A wish for help.

Hi, I'm new here and i would wish for someone to help me create my first mod. If there are any threads or websites that can help me better than just asking here, please direct me to them.

 

The ideas for this mod are:

-Having the weapon look like a glove in-game

-The glove making the character's hand form the shape of a gun, eg. index and middle fingers pointing out with the thumb up like sights.

-The bullet coming out of the tip of the fingers

-Custom animations

 

If you could start me off, tell me what programs to get and guide me to what to do it would be very helpful.
