Let Vivienne keep her hat

Somehow, Vivienne without her horned hat just looks wrong to me.

I wonder if there is a way to keep it visible during gameplay and cutscenes, even if "hide helmets" is active.

Perhaps the "Orlesian Hennin" helmet could be used on her head like a hairmesh?

just an idea, don't know if it's possible. I think it would be great.

I agree she does looks ugly without it, I recommend to make a high end purple version of it or give her hair, also give hair to poor Solas.

for me it's more about keeping in character, to be honest. Vivienne has this whole "dress to impress" attitude going.
I just don't see her taking off her hat at Skyhold simply because it might be more comfortable. She cares a great deal about the impression she leaves on others, and even tries to talk several others into dressing up (armor with gilding or dragonscale for Cassandra; a golden eyepatch inlaid with lyrium and amethysts for Iron Bull; introducing the Inquisitor to her seamstress)

there are several lines of dialogue and party banter to support that:

(to the Iron Bull) Bull darling, I wear high heels and tall hats. Fashion is not so far, as far as I know, a demand of the Qun.
(to Varric) My dear, if I didn't want for people to fear me, I wouldn't dress like this.
(to Cassandra) It would be dramatic, my dear! Half the value of armor is intimidation.
(to Inquisitor) [Fashion] is a weapon in your arsenal. Don't overlook it, my dear.

so, yeah. It's more like she feels off, than looks off, to me.
