I want to get a certain follower... but the Brotherhood hates my guts and that conflicts with her liking me. Is it possible to set your rep. with factions?

For example I set my reputation with the Powder Gangers to 100 AND wore their armour for a disguise and some of them still attacked me. Had to go through a lot to fix that problem heh. p.s. If it's possible can you change your topic title to like "Console commands for faction reputation?" It'll help with search results I think.
