But for the mission "You'll Know When It Happens" I'm supposed to report to Ranger Grant at the Hoover Dam for further instruction. When I talk to him, he just says "We've got a lot of work to do before the President gets here" or something to that effect and then my only dialogue option is "goodbye" The Fallout Wiki says this is what causes it: "If you do this mission for Mr. House or for the Independent quest line, then for the NCR. Ranger Grant will be glitched and will not respond if you try to talk to him. " Please fix this! I really don't want to have to restart because I know I'm so close to the end. Then I decided that the Mojave must remain independent from NCR annexation - since they arrived there's been nothing but trouble, so I went back to Yes Man (Mr House dead) and took over the Mojave for myself.Then I had General Oliver of the NCR thrown from the dam.
