For example, When you leave the town and if you come back whether you helped cobb or took him out. - If you saved Goodsprings people will have more quests for you. I dont care which are added. Also if you have a home there. (or could include a home for the player) Quest from trudy, that you own the town and you can make beagle the sheriff.- If you helped cobb then he could have more quests for you too, either you own goodsprings or leave it alone. (for this one, you could hire people for the town like bartender or something. Also caravans will come through and people could take residence in the houses). Quest from cobb could be that you own Goodsprings and you can hire people to work for you. 2) more legion patrol ( i have only seen a few walking around) for you to kill or could have quests for you too help assault camps/towns. 3) If you kill the powder gangers in the NCRCF, that guy that led the attack for NCR on it could give you the facility, In which could make it your home.
