Slow motion death Remover

Basically I'd like to have a mod that disables the slow motion animation when you kill something outside of VATS. It happens about 1/3 of the time when you kill something.

 

It's very annoying since it seems it is about twice as long as it was in Fallout 3.

 

I tried looking for it on the index but I could only find a mod to increase it.
