Editing Power Armor Weight Class

Greetings, I am attempting to remove the stupid agility penalty (Wearing power armor is like wearing a second skin. It is nowhere near as inhibiting as something like metal armor.) from the power armor using the GECK but the only relevant data on the armor page is the weight class and I don't want power armor as part of the light or medium armor class. Would it be possible to create a new power armor weight class? If so, how would I go about accomplishing this in the GECK? Thank you for your time.

You need to change "EnchPowerArmor" effect from Game Effects->Object Effect list.
