ok so i chose the perk and it doesnt work, no blue tint whatsoever, anyone have a clue?

Only that this , if true, adds to the already breathtaking number of bugs this release has.

 

I was looking at that perk the other day pondering taking it for my character. Figured since I don't run around in the dark so much

thanks to Fellout and me being scared of the dark ... it wasn't a perk for me.
