LE Mod that makes brow colour independent from hair colour?

For someone who wants to make, say, a character with light/fair hair and contrasting bold brows. And because as it is, characters with white hair have invisible eyebrows, which is useful for a giggle, but then becomes something of an aesthetic contaminant. I'm aware there is a mod to darken brows. But if I want to do something like the aforementioned, or have a character who canonically has dyed hair and natural colour brows, there is currently, to my knowledge, no way really of doing this. Bonus points for something with an hue/lightness/saturation/darkness/transparency slider like in RaceMenu. Pretty please? Thanks in advance.
